The kneedoctor is a drone or wheeled or legged robot with a wolves jaws with supersharp teeth that have sleeping fluid in it so when bitten the sleepingfluid makes the fugetive fall asleep. It has infrared vision so it can see heatsources and noone can hide from this superior vision.
It is a far better choice to win warbattles with kneedoctors then with bullets. If the enemy has 2000 members and 2000 kneedoctors are sent after em then all asleep while 2000 dead makes the entire nation more angry while keeping em alive will bring more respect to the president.
Also can a kneedoctor be a perfect bodyguard. If you have a kneedoctor rpotecting you above you in the sky and the kneedoctor is programmed to attack when heartbeat stops or when shouted a command for attack, then a criminal that knows that, he knows that the kneedoctor will attack him if the victims heartbeat sttops or when the victim shouts an attacking command, then the criminal is smart to think, skip this one cuz that kneedoctor is far too risky to do my crime upon him or her..
