If a plane wants to perfectly do a emergency landing like any bird is with speedbrakes rocketbrakes. A rocketbrake is a brake that uses highly explosive mixtures so that when ignited that explosion of fire brakes the plane in forward velocity. Emergency brakerockets must be activated when pulling the nose up above the ground, slowly the plane with empty fuel or with bad luck the plane slides down to earth then just above ground pull up nose and imediatly ignite the rocketbrakes so the frontal velocity is braked and stopped.
